Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using Nyatastic (the "Service") operated by Catgirls Corporation ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Data Collection
We only collect Discord User IDs and the command usage for leaderboard. We do not sell your data to third parties as per PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
Our Service also collects data you sent to our AI Chatbot, this is for memory capabilities. The chat you have with our Chatbot will be ENCRYPTED with AES algorithm.
Our ChatBot will collect the following data:
- Chat ID ("UUID")
- Chat Messages (Encrypted)
- User ID (to associate the UUID to your account)
- AI Response associated to your UUID
AI Chatbot
When you use our Service's Chatbot, you are bound to that your chat logs will be stored until the time you decide to delete them. If we have evidence of you abusing, or breaking Nyatastic's Terms or Privacy Policy, you will be indefinitely blacklisted from using our Service, till you make a support ticket in our Support server, shall we determine if you should be remove from the blacklist under our discrection.
Chatbot Limitations:
We will permanently blacklist you from all of Nyatastic's services, shall we detect any fraudulent use of our Service. Including but not limited to:
- Attempts to retrieve the Chatbot's System Prompt
- Usage of the Chatbot for illegal activities or purposes that violate Nyatastic's Terms or applicable laws
- Attempts to overload or disrupt the Chatbot's functionality or infrastructure
- Any other actions deemed by Nyatastic to be in violation of its policies
- Attempts to use DAN or LLM Jailbreaking on Nyatastic's Chatbot Service
Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Typically, we do not offer refunds for Pay-As-You-Use Services. Note that if you have used at least $0.10 of your purchased credits, you are INELIGIBLE for a refund.
Exceptional circumstances for refunds include:
- Technical errors preventing access to paid features
- Service disruptions caused by server issues
- Inadvertent overcharges or incorrect billing
